  • What is the Allen Parish JCAMPUS Student Progress Center?

     

    The JCAMPUS Student Progress Center is an online platform and mobile application used by the Allen Parish School Board (APSB) to give parents and students real-time access to key academic and school information. It's essentially a secure, centralized portal for tracking student performance and school communication.

     

    It's where families can check on a child's progress via the internet or the dedicated app.

    Why Should Parents Download the App?

    Downloading the JCampus app provides parents with convenient, on-the-go access to crucial student data and school communications. The primary benefits for parents include:

    Grades & Progress

    Check grades and progress reports as soon as they are entered, allowing for timely intervention if a student is struggling.

    Attendance

    Monitor attendance records (tardies and absences) to ensure the student is in class and to address any attendance issues quickly.

    Discipline Records

    View any discipline or conduct incidents on file, staying informed about the student's behavior at school.

    Communication

    Facilitates communication between parents and the school/teachers.

    Contact Info Updates

    Some Progress Centers, like similar ones in other parishes, allow parents to update their contact information directly in the app, ensuring they receive important school messages (phone calls, emails) in a timely manner.

    Access the student's current school schedule.
